Experience Turned into Training
For over 21 years, I have lived and breathed the coffee industry every day. I have worked in more than 60 venues and trained around 200 baristas from across Italy and abroad. My journey has been built on sacrifice, success and hands-on experience. Today I turn all of this into training, helping every student develop not only technical skills, but also a winning mindset.
